Joined VRCG in 2003

Born and raised in the Detroit area, Dave has accumulated a comprehensive knowledge of automotive sales, fleet planning and management. He has extensive retail experience developing and directing multi point organizations. He also has 25-plus years of experience analyzing, creating strategies for, and executing fleet plans for large rental car companies throughout the country. His tenure in the business has exposed him to a wide variety of market conditions, changes in manufacturers’ focus, and cutting edge sales strategies. This experience, combined with his true “car guy” passion for the business, makes for a realistic approach that results in higher efficiencies and profits.

Joined VRCG in 2014

Craig Goodman brings 30 years of extensive fleet management, remarketing, and car rental experience to VRCG. Prior to joining our company, his most recent positions included Midwest Remarketing Manager for Hertz Rent A Car, then Vice President of Fleet Operations for ACE Rent A Car, Inc. He finds solutions for a wide variety of customers including Dealerships, Rental Companies and lease companies throughout the country.

Craig enjoys spending time with his family, camping, snowmobiling, and coaching baseball. He resides in Fowler, IN with his wife and 3 children.

Mike spent 37 years at Chrysler, capping off his career as Director of Dealer Operations. He is an avid golfer, world traveler, and a dedicated family man. He resides in Bloomfield Hills, MI with his wife Kathy.

Joined VRCG in 2023

After graduating from Northwood University, Brad started his automotive career in Chicago; quickly moving up the ranks to Assistant GSM. Shortly after starting his family, he made the move to the Erhard Group in Metro Detroit. He held multiple positions there and finished out his last 5 years there as the Used Car Director for 5 of the stores. After more then a decade in the automotive business, he took a position as a GM in the industrial chemical field to spend more time with his 5 young children. Now that the kids have grown, he was drawn back to his roots as a car guy and brings his knowledge and expertise of running and supplying a successful pre-owned department to VRCG. In his spare time, Brad and his girlfriend Meredith enjoy roller skating, ballroom dancing, golfing, playing tennis and taking the pups for a hike.

Joined VRCG in 2008

Jeff joined VRCG in early 2008 and brought 20 years of retail and automotive sales management experience with him. He began his automotive career in sales for a Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Jeep and Nissan dealership where he was promoted to New Vehicle Sales Manager within a year. Jeff then spent 4 years honing his skills at an automotive wholesale company followed by 8 years as Used Vehicle Sales Manager and Finance Manager for a Ford, Lincoln, Mercury, Jeep dealership. He understands what dealers need.

Jeff and his wife reside in White Lake MI. right on Pontiac Lake. He spends his summers on his boat, golfing and running. He enjoys snow skiing and snowmobiling in the winter months. Jeff has two daughters and four grandchildren.

Brian brings over 8 years of experience in fleet management.  He began his career with Enterprise Fleet Services in Detroit and then moved to Donlen Leasing serving the southern California, Arizona and Nevada markets. Brian focuses on top-notch customer service and prides himself with finding the best solutions for his customers vehicle needs.  When away from the business; Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.  He enjoys running, water skiing and snow skiing along with any other outdoor activities.

Joined VRCG in 2024

Robert brings over 23 years of automotive experience with him. He has successfully run used car departments for a variety of different makes including Toyota and high line franchises. Most recently he was helping build and expand the presence of used trucks in a heavy-duty truck dealership. In his spare time, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife Amanda, and 3 kids. When he is not coaching his kids flag football team, he is enjoying the time outdoors on the farm.

Before joining VRCG, Kelley managed all the office functions for a Chevrolet Dealership. She then spent several years as a manager in the banking industry. Kelley is very focused on customer service. Kelley makes sure all administrative and titling process runs smoothly.

When she’s not crunching numbers Kelley enjoys camping with her husband and two daughters. She resides in Holly, Michigan.

Prior to joining VRCG, Alec worked in logistics for a national retail chain. He is customer focused and extremely detailed. When he is not moving cars across the country, he’s pulling big fish out of Michigan Lakes and competing Nationally in tournaments. He resides in Plymouth, Michigan.

Prior to joining VRCG as a Title Administrator, Sue had recently retired after working a half a century for both the truck trailer manufacturer Fruehauf Corporation and global pneumatics company ROSS Controls. In her spare time, Sue is an avid quilter and boater, enjoys traveling, reading and yoga. She lives in Chesterfield Township with her family and dogs.

Theresa joins VRCG as an Administrative Assistant with over 20 years of customer service experience; 19 of those years were spent in Management. When she is not processing car deals and inputting data, she enjoys camping and spending time with her dogs. She resides in Holly, MI

Joined VRCG in 2023

Prior to joining VRCG as a Trucking Administrative Assistant, Andrew spent 8 years in the sports management field coordinating recreational sport leagues for his community. When Andrew is not moving cars across the country, he enjoys golfing, hanging out with friends and family, and watching sport games. Andrew Resides in Canton, MI.
